Indications
This product is suggested for medium-long duration sport activities (e.g.: cycling, road running, marathon, cross country skiing, swimming, or endurance activities in general). It is recommended to take the product before training or competition.
Instructions for use
It is recommended to take the product about 30min. before sport activities.
Mix 1 sachet with about 200ml of water for medium-duration activities, 2 sachets (with about 400 ml of water) in case of an intense and prolonged physical activity. If the outside temperature is very high, it can be useful to consume 150-200 ml of water about 10-15 min before the start, to facilitate pre-hydration.
